Foliage 5K

Join us for a 5K Trail Run and Little Leaf Dash to raise funds for the Winston Prouty Center for Child and Family Development!

The event offers a scenic way to enjoy the autumn landscape while raising funds for Winston Prouty’s inclusive early childhood education, family support, and community-based services.

The 5K route is a moderately challenging race through forested trails. For families and little ones, there is a special half-mile Little Leaf Dash, which will be on sidewalk and open field, with a slight elevation change. This route is appropriate for young children, strollers and babes in arms!

REGISTRATION*

Registration opens at 9:00am. The Little Leaf Dash begins at 10 a.m. and the 5K Trail Run starts at 10:15.

Advance registration: $27.50 for individual 5K runners/$27.50 per Little Leaf Dash family.

Day of registration: $32.50 for individual 5K runners/$32.50 per Little Leaf Dash family.

Please note, when registering for the Little Leaf Dash, only add one guardian as the registrant.

*Registration fee includes all processing fees. A waiver must be signed to participate in the race and Little Leaf Dash.

PARTICIPATION GIFT

The first 100 registered participants will receive a 2026 commemorative 16oz Kleen Kanteen stainless steel cup.

ACTIVITIES

The event will include family-friendly activities such as pumpkin carving, apple cider pressing, face-painting, and lawn games.

REFRESHMENTS

Mama T’s Sweet Spot will be offering comfort food, baked goods, and handcrafted rolled ice cream at the event!

RACE ROUTE

The 5K route is a moderately challenging race through forested trails. Total elevation gain over the course is 325 ft.

RAFFLE

In conjunction with the event, we are holding a raffle to raise funds to strengthen our services for families and young children. Tickets are $5 each or three for $10. Prizes include:
