HOLTON HALL

Office: 163 sq ft / Monthly lease rate: $325

Office is on the 2nd floor and faces east and with views of downtown Brattleboro and Wantastiquet mountain. Heating/cooling, electric and trash disposal included. Internet and cleaning services available at renter expense. (Shared internet is an option with another tenant). Current neighbors include: Vermont Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, Building A Positive Community, Monroe Whitaker & R.R.
