Get Help Paying for Child Care

As of March 2026, the Vermont Childcare Assistance Fund (CCFAP) has increased income eligibility for families to account for inflation.

Families who have not received funds previously or were deemed ineligible may now be able to receive financial support and should re-apply. This financial assistance program includes children up to the age of 13.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Residents of Vermont
  • Parents/Guardians are currently employed, seeking employment, or accessing education
  • Meet Income Guidelines (see below)
  • Have less than $1million in assets
