VT Early Childhood Advocacy Alliance 2024 Legislative Priority Survey

The Vermont Early Childhood Advocacy Alliance is seeking input on which of their annual Legislative Agenda items are of the most interest to Vermonters. Their focus areas for 2024 include:

  • Reach up Funding
  • Transform Early Childhood Education (CCFAP/workforce)
  • Children’s Integrated Services Funding
  • Parent Child Center Network Funding
  • State Budget
  • Postpartum Loss
  • Medicaid Coverage for Birth Doulas
  • Family and Medical Leave Insurance
  • EITC/CTC State Tax Credits
  • Vermont 211 Funding
  • Fund Vermont’s Future
  • Housing Funding

They will use this information to share with occasional updates on those issues, and to let you people about targeted advocacy activities.

This year they are providing an incentive to encourage more participation. Five people who fill out this year’s Legislative Agenda issue survey will be chosen to win a $30 gift card to a business of your choosing. By filling out the survey, you are automatically entered to win. Names will be chosen at random THIS FRIDAY, December 15. Winners will be notified by email.

Alliance membership is not required to be eligible, but joining as an individual member is free! You can find more information about membership options on their website.
