This will be a gentle class with hatha and kundalini elements, including asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork) and nada (sound/voice), and is safe for all trimesters. This is an lgbtqi+ affirming space for all pregnant bodies.

There is a $10 suggested donation with 100% of proceeds going to CASP (Community Asylum Seekers Project). No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Please bring the following items with you:
-Yoga Mat or beach towel
-Bolster, couch cushion, or pillow (to prop yourself up while lying down and/or to put between your knees)
-Water! (There will be access to a bathroom nearby)

Everyone Eats! meals will be distributed on campus from 3-4pm and The Village Community Closet will be open from 3:30-5:30pm. Please feel free to utilize these resources and head over to the yoga class around 4:45  to connect casually with other parents-to-be before the class starts at 5!
