The Winston Prouty Center welcomes new board member, appoints new president 

The Winston Prouty Center recently welcomed Lori Walters to the Board of Trustees.  Lori taught high school math for several years at Bellows Falls Union High School before retiring in 2022. She has also served on the board of the Brattleboro Area Women’s Softball League.

“I am looking forward to helping Winston Prouty continue its work to provide various services to the children and families of this community,” shared Lori. “Additionally, I’m excited about the Winston Prouty Development Project. It is my hope that Winston Prouty can be an organization that is instrumental in solving the housing crisis in Brattleboro.” 

“I am very pleased to welcome Lori to the Board of Trustees,” said Chloe Learey, Executive Director. “Her curiosity and attention to detail will be great assets as we explore how we can best serve our community.” 

Carla Lineback was named the new president. Other members of the Board of Trustees are Chris Campany (vice president), Jenna Bagnall (treasurer), Tom Franks (secretary), Ann Allbee (immediate past president), Kristan Outwater and Kate Trzaskos
