Vermont’s Starting Points Networks are made up of local groups of early childhood professionals across 12 regions in the state who take initiative through leadership, professional development, and peer support to encourage, learn and grow together.

Grants are awarded to each region through the Child Development Division. The Winston Prouty Center serves as the fiscal agent for our area’s two networks, the Brattleboro Area network and the Deerfield Valley network.  A regional coordinator serves as a liason between the local networks and the State.
