Service Coordinator

Children’s Integrated Services Early Intervention

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a dynamic Early Intervention (Part C) Team supporting families of infants and toddlers who are at risk of or experiencing a developmental delay. The Service Coordinator facilitates, monitors, and coordinates the provision of services as outlined in the families’ individualized One Plan, and helps families access resources. Service Coordination provides a key administrative function to the team.

The ideal candidate will have effective writing, communication and computer skills, and knowledge of local resources as well as knowledge of infant and toddler development and experience working with families.

This position requires strong organizational skills and a desire to work within a multidisciplinary team. Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.

Preschool Teacher

Come join our award-winning, high quality early learning program. We are seeking joyful and energetic professionals to join our team. This preschool teacher position is a teaching associate position (level 3 on the career ladder, 21 college credits in early childhood or related field), 30 or 40 hours.

Maternal Child Health Nurse

Seeking an experienced RN to join our collaborative, interdisciplinary program at The Winston Prouty Center in Children’s Integrated Services. Work closely with our RNs and lactation professionals in a well-established community system of care serving mothers, babies and their families. During the pandemic we are providing outpatient, telemedicine, and both home visits and support groups outside. A Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field, current Vermont (or eligible) RN license, and experience in maternal child health required.
