Heather Golding has been a Board Member since 2010.

Karen Henry has been a Board Member since 2009. She serves as the Vice President of the Board. Karen has been a History teacher at Brattleboro Union High School since 2002. She has two kids, Sydney (9) and Abby (2), who currently attends Prouty!

Steve Jones has been a Board Member since 2006. He serves as Secretary of the Board and on the Finance Committee. He is a CPA and has a public accounting practice in Brattleboro. Steve is a native of Putney and currently lives in Brattleboro.

Julia Kilelee has been a Board Member since 2005. She served as President of the Board for three terms.

Liz Richards, MD has been a Board Member since 2007. She serves as President of the Board. Liz was born and raised in New Orleans, LA, and moved to Brattleboro in 2002 with her husband, Peter. She is a pediatrician at Brattleboro Primary Care. Liz and Peter have three children, Lillie (9), a former Prouty student, Sophie (5) and Mark (2).

Joanne Sprague has been a Board Member since 2006. She serves as Treasurer of the Board and is a grandparent of an ELC student. She currently lives in Hinsdale, NH with her husband, three sons, and granddaughter.
