Vermont’s Child Care Challenges: 20 years ago and today
Twenty years ago, a group called the ‘Child Care Fund of Vermont’ issued a report titled “A Vermont Employer’s Guide to Child Care Solutions” which offers strategies for employers to consider in order to support employees who are juggling the demands of parenting. Sadly, thus report is still relevant today.
